My first time trying out White Dove Wellness and will definitely be back. I did a 90 minute with a high focus on my back and shoulders. Felt a good release of all my tense muscles. I have bursitis on both hips that I’m in PT for, the massage therapist was good at asking me about the pressure as it’s very tender. Next day, I’m feeling loose and a lot less stiff.

This is the 4th visit to White Dove Wellness and Massage Therapy. I have had 3 different massage therapists, and each has provided a truly effective, active, and skilled session. Dealing with the build up of muscle tightness related to arthritis and injury is supported significantly with the benefits of truly positive massage sessions. Went for my first massage with Mary who was great! She spent extra time working out the knots in my back and neck which was much needed. Will definitely be returning!
